Reforming the system of taxation through striving to increase direct taxation, revision of indirect taxes and fees. Guarantees of quarterly indexation of wages by an amount not less than the percentage of inflation growth.8. Selection of the managerial personnel on the basis of qualifications, rather than loyalty to the enterprise management and state; election of heads of structural subdivisions by workers' voting with a probationary period of 6 months.9. Abolition of privileges for employees in the power structures by revising the retirement age, prohibiting them from holding managerial positions after retirement, equating pensions and credit conditions to those of workers.10. Lowering the retirement age for women to 55 and for men to 60.&nbsp;Ensuring transparency in the work of the Social Security Fund.11. Improving full free health care for workers.12. Reforming the higher education system so that diplomas are recognized internationally. Abolition of the system of mandatory work placements.13. Developing and implementing affordable mortgage lending.14. Increasing unemployment benefits to the minimum wage and developing a system of retraining and job placement for the registered unemployed.15. Providing opportunities for the citizens of Belarus to defend their rights in the ECtHR (human rights court).
