Today, a court session is being held to consider a complaint against the decision of the KGB of the Republic of Belarus to recognize a group of citizens as an extremist formation, to ban its activities
We are talking about the following group of citizens - innocent people who were put behind bars because they FIGHTED FOR THE TRUTH and DID NOT BE SILENT, which means they interfered with the regime:
- Aliaksandr Kapshul
- Aliaksandr Hasnikau
- Uladzimir Zhurauka
- Andrei Paheryla
- Siarhei Shelest
Expectedly, this court session was closed.
But these brave people continue to fight and were able to file a collective complaint:
☝🏻 even being behind bars
☝🏻even in conditions where the authorities and courts are "not up to the law"
☝🏻even being in such a small number
☝🏻even sitting in different cages and having no money connections, but coordinated during common courts
And they are an example for us all. They have no choice but to continue to fight and defend their rights. And even more so, we have no right to give up!
Of course, time goes by, we get used to repression, some things become the "norm" and a person cannot be in constant worry or struggle. But these people are an example of how sometimes you need to pull yourself together and continue to take steps no matter what!
Together we are much STRONGER! Together we can put an end to the lawlessness and arbitrariness of the authorities!👊🏼💪🏼
