Most of the administrative staff of the “Vitalur” retail chain will be fired in the near future. The fate of the Vitalur employees was decided by the subordinates of Alexander Mashensky, the owner of the Santa group of companies.
This is due to the fact that all Vitalur stores (85 units) until January 20, 2023 leased to “Santa” for 15 years. Goods and equipment in stores will be resold to the same "Santa", and the proceeds will be used to pay off receivables from suppliers. They promise not to stop the work of the stores.
According to the information that we have today, all Vitalur employees are fired. True, they can stay to work for Santa, but on different terms. For the first 3 months (“probationary period”), employees will still receive the same level of wages (presumably in the form of allowances / bonuses, etc.), but after this period, the wage level will be cut by ~30%, possibly more.
