Roman Bliznev, general director of the open joint-stock company Polotsk-Fiberglass, was arrested. According to available information, he was detained for bribes.
It is paradoxical that Roman Bliznev is the Person of the Year of the Vitebsk region - he received the award this year.
He managed the enterprise only from May 1, 2021 . Together with him, Savitskaya Elena, Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance, was detained.
