Employees of various enterprises of the country have been held in the Gomel SIZO-3 for more than 13 months:
- BelZhD: Anna Ablab and Sergey Dzyuba
- Grodno Azot: Vladimir Zhuravko, Sergey Shelest, Andrey Pogerilo
- BMZ: Alexander Gashnikov
- Grodno Khimvolokno: Valentin Terenevich
- Naftan: Alexander Kapshul and Igor Mints
- Atlanta: Sergey Shametko.
For obstructing undemocratic processes in the country, the detained factory workers are accused of "gathering classified information at industrial enterprises on the instructions of foreign intelligence services (Lithuania and the United States)". This lie is the essence of the charges under Article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus "Treason to the State".
Already after the detentions of September 2021, Rabochy Ruh was the first organization recognized by the regime as an "extremist formation". Because of this, workers are also tried under Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus "Participation in an extremist formation".
